None of the products & Items are under warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged now.-The warranty period is 7 days from the time of your purchase for the motor, controller, batteries and frame. -The products on clearance sale come 'as is' with no warranty. -The following parts are not covered by the warranty: Tires and tubes; Brake parts; All cables; Bulbs; Gears; Throttle; Rims; Kickstands; Seat and hand grips; Rubber parts; Cracked or scratched body panels, keys and alarm fobs. -If a product is found defective within the warranty period, York ebike will repair or replace the defective parts free of charge providing that the defective part is returned; shipping charges and labor are the customer’s responsibility. This warranty does not cover any York ebike product that has been damaged as a result of hit, stroke, drop, unauthorized modification, misuse, neglect, unauthorized service, getting the electrical parts(motor, controller, display, battery, battery holder) wet as a result of pressure wash & or riding in heavy rain & heavy snow or keeping the ebike or e-scooter in damp humid condition, or has been used in any way contrary to the operating instructions as specified in the Owner's manual for this product. ( Warning: e-bikes & e-scooters are not waterproof )
RETURN POLICYThank you for your purchase We hope you are happy with your purchase, you may return it to us to store credit or an exchange depending on the condition of the returned or exchanged item. York ebike Inc keeps the right to inspect the item and make a decision to accept or refuse the return or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNSAll returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all accessories, original box, tags and labels attached. -The purchased product can be returned within seven days from the date of receiving, providing that it is in its original shape and packages and accompanied with all its accessories and the original proof of sale; 3.5% restocking fee applies -Items being returned because of damage in transit, incorrect item sent, or are faulty, will have the return shipping costs reimbursed to the customer. Please inform us in such cases as soon as you notice a discrepancy or damaged product; -If the product has been purchased on promotion and other items have been delivered, the customer must return all such items as well or their cost will be deducted from the refund. -The products on clearance sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
RETURN PROCESSTo return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and all other accessories ( like chargers, battery, tool package,.....) & a copy of the Proof of purchase, and follow the instruction that mentioned in your RMA email

REFUNDSAfter receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, accepting or refusing, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the acceptance of your return to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
